1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: When I was a little girl. My dad would sing his songs all the time to me.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: That soulful voice, his caring ways, that he took care of his mom and dad, and that he loved to entertain.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": I would like to say that I love your music, visited Graceland this past Sept. 2007-very sad & happy all in one-wish we could have been friends.

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: Follow That Dream-he just looks so sweet and innocent.
Suspicious Minds-my dad played it when he and my mom were divorcing.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: All of them!

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: I would think his mother-Gladys. He just worshipped the ground she walked on and vice versa.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: Well, I was 7 years old-the news had come on-then they announced he died. It didn't hit me until I saw my mom and sister crying and then they played Aloha from Hawaii on TV.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: He was the first person to break through the barriers of rock n roll.

Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experence or feelings on this site?
: Yes, I was so excited when we rode through the gates and up the drive. I felt as though I was going to meet him in person, but started crying once I entered the house. It was so surreal to see where he lived. It was one of my biggest dreams come true.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?
: Soulful ballads & gospel singer of the '70's

I live in Australia, I long to feel closer to the man we all adore and idolize. I agree with you Elvis looked soooo Good in all his costumes. Elvis had it all, talent, looks, personality; he was a genuine man with the power to affect the whole world forever. Elvis will never be forgotten, our king lives forever!
