: MY father introduced me to him 1963, or was it 64 lol, on a 45 single record for xmas, (my father was not a fan,(well denied he was) so maybe he got it for me because i had listened to him on the radio.

: It was while spending time with my granmother, we had an argument, because apart from pic's i never did c ELVIS perform, we had 2 tv stations back in the uk then & Elvis was performing his come back special, coronation st was on the other, No i did not win, but she made up for it by taking me to c Jailhouse rock, (midnight matt) cause it was not aloud daytime viewing, she fell asleep through the whole thing, lol. That's when got hooked!!

: O.M.G Think i would not be capable, i would faint!!!!

: Very hard? (Maybe Blue Hawaii)& the rest.!!!!

: i remember it like yesterday. a friend of mine and i had skipped our first period classes at high school and gone to one of the local restaurants, we always went to the same one because the jukebox had TONS of elvis songs. when i got home from school i was cooking dinner and listening to the radio and i heard; the radio kept breaking up; something about at his graceland mansion. i went into my father who was watching tv and i said dad i think they just said elvis died. he said oh no he didn't that would have been all over the news...no sooner did he get that out of his mouth a special report came on the tv and said that elvis had died at his graceland mansion in memphis. we lived on a big farm and i remember running from the house and crying and crying i ended up in one of the fields on my hands and knees just devistated. i couldn't believe it sometimes i still can hardly believe it.

: he was unique, he had a very special gift, he was very charismatic, and absolutely beautiful even men said he was beautiful.

Thank you for taking part in our survey his voice is so amazing, the feelings in his music without seeing his expressions are so comforting. VH1 was showing Aloha From Hawaii. After seeing that I bought a 2disc Elvis cd set and I've been hooked ever since.

Elvis’s music has a very sincere feel and I really like your choices, My Way and American Trilogy.

But being a true blue Elvis Presley fan, I love all his music, basically anything and everything about him I adore.

I really hope that one day I have the chance to go to Graceland.

I was 14 years old when Elvis died, and I was absolutely devastated by his passing.

When I was 5 years old, passed down to me by my beloved Grandfather.

REAL Elvis, kindness, generosity and Faith he had in God.

You mean he is not alive? :) I would just simply say, THANK YOU! His music, his legacy, being a hero to me as a youngster and teaching me how to be kind to others.

Suspicious Minds, Elvis' comeback song in 1969 to rock and roll and first song in history to have a double fade out. Great stage moves by Elvis when he performed this song live.
Change of Habit really showed what kind of actor Elvis could have been, had he been given the right scripts!

His mother, Gladys Love Smith Presley and his daughter, Lisa Marie.

Thank you for being involved in our Elvis Presley Survey, sounds like you are also a loyal fan.

Elvis presented many feelings in his music.

I’m sure some of his own experiences were in the words that he expressed to the world.

Elvis was a giver, he gave to the world, warmth in his music, a true and caring man to his loved ones.

Suspicious minds is a great song, it’s a song with deep meaning.

Elvis’s comeback in 1969 was absolutely wonderful. What it must of felt like to be there — WOW!

Words will never be enough to express my thoughts and feelings about such a wonderful man.
