1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: WHEN I WAS A YOUNG BOY I WOULD HERE HIS MUSIC ON THE RADIO.I FELL IN LOVE WITH HIS MUSIC.I THEN STARTED BUYING ALBUMS,8TRACKS AND ALSO STARTED FOLLOWING HIS CAREER.I WANTED TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: FIRST IT WAS HIS MUSIC.SECOND WAS HIS LOVE FOR HIS MOTHER.THIRD WAS HIS GENEROSITY AND THE PERSON THAT HE WAS.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": ELVIS," IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME WHEN YOU WERE MARRIED TO PRISCILLA,WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY IN THE MARRIAGE?"

: SONG,WITHOUT A DOUBT "CAN'T HELP FALLING IN LOVE"IT'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SONG.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: THE SUIT THAT HE WORE IN ALOHA FROM HAWAII AT THE END OF THE CONCERT.THE RED,WHITE AND BLUE SUIT WITH THE BALD EAGLE ON THE CAPE.AWESOME!

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: WITHOUT A DOUBT,HIS MOTHER.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I WAS HOME GETTING READY TO GO TO SPRING FOOTBALL PRACTICE AT MY HIGHSCHOOL.MY PHONE STARTING RINGING OFF THE WALL.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: CURIOSITY,I THINK PEOPLE WATCH EVERY YEAR HOW HE STILL SELL'S MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF RECORDS,CD'S.ETC.WHEN THEY FINALLY GET TO KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HIM THEIR HOOKED.

: JUNE17,2005.I WILL NEVER FORGET IT.IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE FEELING FOR ME.WHEN I FIRST ENTERED GRACELAND IT WAS AWESOME.I JUST KEPT TELLING MYSELF,WOW ELVIS LIVED HERE,WALKED AROUND,HUNG OUT AND SPENT HIS PERSONAL TIME RIGHT HERE WHERE I WAS AT.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?
: King of rock & roll recording star

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings on our survey. Elvis would have been blessed to have a friend like you Edward. I also loved Elvis in his eagle suit, but he was perfect in any costume really. Gee, I loved reading about your experience visiting his home, it would be just so overwhelming, i haven`t been to Graceland yet. I live in Australia. Elvis was a very caring and warm natured person. His music touched our hearts; the person he was has touched our lives. Edward it was lovely hearing from you. Take care Edward!

1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: As a young boy i became interested in music.I was part of my chorus class in middle school and also in high school.I heard elvis on the radio one day and that was it.I believe i was ten years old.That was 35 years ago and till this day he remains my idol.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: Well,first of all his music.That was just the beginning.The older i got and the more i followed and learned about the man, the more i got hooked.His love for his mother was another reason i got hooked.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": Elvis,Why didn't you listen to the people who loved you and cared about you the most.Why did you have to be so hard headed?

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: My favorite movie is Blue Hawaii.It's my favorite because from that movie comes my favorite song,which is Can't Help Falling In Love.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: It would definitely have to be the Eagle suit that he wore in Aloha from Hawaii.

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: With out a doubt, his mother.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I was home getting ready to go to football practice at my highschool.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: I think the curiousity of why he continues to sell millions of his music and remains the #1 selling deceased entertainer of all time,people want to find out more about him.

Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experience or feelings on this site?
: For me, my visit to graceland was one of the most unbelievable thing's i've 'experienced in my life time.I entered graceland and had to stop for a moment and actually realized that i was inside Elvis's home.I couldn't believe it.It was awesome,I can't wait to go back.

:: Elvis, I would have loved to of had the opportunity to have met you and let you know how many times your music has gotten me by my toughest times in my life.I would have loved to have been a true friend of your's,because i would have grabbed you you by the neck and tried to knock some sense into you and hopefully you would still be around.

Thank you for your comments on our survey. Elvis has had a lasting affect on the world. Elvis had style, charm, spunky personality and unbeatable talent he put his heart into his music, and his personality and love for his fans give us a truly wonderful man. Blue Hawaii and his eagle suit is also a great favorite of mine, Elvis in his black leather in the 68 comeback was just perfect too. Once Elvis has touched your heart, that`s where he will stay. . I also hope to visit his home. I`m sure the experience is one to treasure forever. It`s so nice to hear from you again Edward. Take care.
