1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: When I was little I used to listen to my brother sing Elvis Presley's songs. Naturally Elvis's music inspired me.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: There was just something about him. I can't explain it. I loved how he could sing Rock 'n' Roll and still sing Gospel.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": Thank you Elvis for all the gospel songs you have sang. God has blessed you with a wonderful voice! Hang in there...love ya!

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: I'm a fan of all his movies...Jailhouse Rock was great, along with King Creole. I liked King Creole because I think it might've been one of his best performances. I don't have a favorite Elvis song...each song is different and has its own meaning. So its impossible to choose just "one". "If I Can Dream," was awsome!

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: Favorite suit? Man, I don't know how to answer that one, but I do know I liked his Jailhouse outfit in the movie.

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: His mother. I'm sure she was the number one girl for him. He'd even said so! I believe he also really loved God. And of course, music.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I wasn't born yet. In a way, I'm glad I wasn't born 'cause it would've been awful news to have to hear.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: For the simple reason of him being the King Of Rock 'N' Roll....pure and simple. He also really left a huge legacy behind that no one will ever be able to fulfull. All you can do is sit back and enjoy what he has done for music.

Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experence or feelings on this site?
: Unfortunately I heavn't been to Graceland...YET. My mom promised to take me. Hopefully we're be going soon.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?

Thank you for your comments on our survey. I have to agree with you Helena, choosing 1 favorite song is just toooo hard! Elvis` talent is unique, his music is unbeatable and all his songs do have different meanings. If I Can Dream is 1 of my many favorites. Elvis` Gospel music is so connected to who and what he believed, he sang with a true belief. Looks like choosing a favorite costume was a bit much, but I love your expression! When we all heard the news of Elvis` death it was like we had lost a very dear family member, many fans still remember how it felt. Helena, I`m sure your mom will do the very best to take you to his home. I believe its an overwhelming and truly treasured experience.
