1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: I had to have been around 8 or 9. My brother was born same day as Elvis and he was in was really in to rock and roll music.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: His great voice!!

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": You were an inspiration to all and you left to soon, but you continue to live in everyone's memory.

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: If I can dream. The words in the song say so very much.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: The white one when he sang If I can dream.

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: His mother and his music.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I had just gotten home from work training recruits at the Marine Corps REcruit Depot in San Diego Calilfornia.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: Because he will always be the King, enough said!!

Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experience or feelings on this site?
: No I have not only because I ahve not had the time nor the finances to do so. I regret not having gone to date and wish I had long ago.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?
: 68 comeback t.v. doco & live concerts

Thank you for your comments on our survey. Elvis has touched all of us deeply, not only with his timeless music & talent. His personality & warm generous nature is very much to be honored. Elvis was perfect! And truly adored by his loving fans. John I love your choice of song, it`s just so deep & white always looks good on Elvis. He is sooo handsome! I also haven`t had the good fortune to visit his home, but there`s always hope john. Thank you for sharing your memories and feeling with us.
