: I remember seeing him on tv when I was young.

: I love his voice,

"My Message to Elvis": I dont know that I would ask him anything , I would just like to set down beside him an listen to him and be a friend, that expects nothing of him but friendship back . I think he was missing that in his life.

: I was like 11 so Im sure I was in school

: His songs reach out to everyone, still today

: I was lucky enough to go last year for my first time. I hope to go back this year. I was in awe, of walking in his footsteps. Of course I would of loved to of been able to see the hole house. I cried at his graveside. I watched on tv where Gene Simmons (KISS) actually had a personal tour and got to go anywhere in Elvis's house he wanted to .. Aggrevated me a little, cause he kept touching Elvis's stuff. lol.. You just dont do that. Rock Star or not, nobody measures up to the King.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?

Thank you for your comments on our site. Loretta, I loved your message to Elvis, if only he had a true friend by his side when he needed his life might have been so much happier. Kentucky Rain is among my many favorites too. It`s a very touching story; it makes me feel very sad for Elvis as many of his songs did. I think a lot of his lyrics came from his own sorrow & the older he got the more expression he allowed in his stage performances. Elvis was totally hot in his black leather. Thank you for sharing your visit to Graceland, I can understand your feelings with others touching Elvis` belongings. It`s something that respect should be shown and his things should be honored at all times no matter who is touring his home. Loretta, so nice hearing from you.
