1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: as an 8 year old child in 1973 — my grandmother played his music.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: I fell in love as soon as I hear him and that has never changed — I am intrigued with everything about Elvis.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": I'd like to say thank you so much for all the pleasure that he's given me. I'd also like to tell him how very very sorry I am that his life took the turn that it did.

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: Favourite song — Thrill of your Love (today's choice!!).
Favourite movie would be King Creole or Tickle me — I love his comedic acting in that film. He was a good actor and I wish I could have seen him portray stronger characters. Also he looks amazing on screen.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: For the most obvious of reasons it has to be his black leather.

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: I don't know — apart from his mother and Lisa I really don't know which of the ladies in his life he loved the most. People say Ann Margaret, but I don't know if this is the truth or some Memphis Mafia tale. I really do wish that he could have met somebody and enjoyed total peaceful love with them.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I was in bed and my grandmother called up the stairs to me and said 'come down — Elvis has died'. I will never forget that day

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: He has such an incredible talent and the looks of a god. He was an amazing entertainer , and his kindness is also a big factor . Of course EPE have done a good job of promoting his image too.Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experience or feelings on this site?: I still haven't been — not enough money. That said, we are eventually going next year — My husband, myself and our 3 teenage sons. I hope to be able to persuade them all to become fans of The King

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?
: 68 comeback t.v. doco & live concerts

:: Dear Elvis — I wish you could see this note, and all the other similar ones. If you could you would realize just how truly loved you were and still are. Never mind that book Elvis — What Happened — it didn't dent the feelings that people have for you one bit.You were a very special person and I am sure that we will never see anything else like you.

: I have two loves in my life — my family and Elvis. I have been a fan for close to 40 years now and it has never wavered.As a teenager in the 70's/80's I was proud of my fandom when my friends were listening to The Police or Sex Pistols or whoever was flavour of the month. I knew that I had found somebody better and that still remains true.I adore you Elvis.

Elvis not only gorgeous he was also extremely talented, and beneath the King was a man, a truly caring, giving nature, his generosity and kindness will never be forgotten.
