1. How and when did you first hear about Elvis Presley?
: I was watching an Ed Sullivan rerun,about five years after Elvis's original appearance.

2. What was it that got you hooked on Elvis?
: The music, his energy, and the fact he was just so different.

3. If Elvis were alive, what would you like to say to him or ask him?
"My Message to Elvis": First I would tell him what an inspiration he is, after seeing him in for six years at the Las Vegas Hilton, after every show, I felt I could conquer the world. And I would thank him for continuing to be a source of comfort and bringing light into the world.

4. WHICH is your favourite Elvis Presley song or movie? And why is it your favourite?
: There are alot of songs that are favorites, but one of my favorite movies is Wild in the Country, it seems to be overlooked, but it has a very strong storyline.

5. Which is your favourite SUIT that Elvis wore on stage?
: The American Eagle and the white leather two-piece.

6. Who do you think Elvis loved most in his life, his greatest love?
: His mother, daughter, performing.

7. Where were you and what were you doing when you heard that Elvis had died?
: I was at home, a cousin called.

8. Why do you think Elvis still attracts new fans every year, even long after his death?
: It is very difficult to explain, there is not one reason but several, there is the obvious, the music, his looks, etc. its an intagible, its more than just charisma. I know for alot of fans, my self included,there is a feeling of debt and gratitude, He was never celebrated very much the way artists, are treated now, one hit record today and your already a "legend".

Have you been to Graceland?...If so, would you like to share your experience or feelings on this site?
: I was at Graceland the day after Elvis passed away. It is my big dream to visit Graceland.

Elvis was a trend leader and constantly "transformed" himself in his career, like Madonna & music stars are famous for doing nowdays. Which are your favourite "Elvis eras" in his career?
: 68 comeback t.v. doco & live concerts

Thank you for your comments on our survey. Elvis was absolutely gorgeous, so handsome with breath taking talent. He was truly a GREAT showman. Elvis Presley`s music is timeless and that`s why he is and will always be the KING. Elvis is truly in our hearts `forever,` the warmth and comfort in his music still has a great effect today. In thanks to this wonderful man, we his fans will honor and respect him forever.
